Marco van Basten believes Ruud will fire Holland to World Cup glory despite having problems at Manchester United.

van Basten believes his star striker will not let him down in the World Cup finals.

"I do not have any problems with Ruud," van Basten said.

"I am totally confident in his ability. Ruud is a person who likes to work hard and he likes to win. He is a very good and very important part of our team."
