Ruud back for Juve Clash

Real Madrid will be boosted by the return of star forward Ruud van Nistelrooy for their clash with Juventus this week in the Champions League.

There were doubts over the fitness of Real Madrid hitman, Ruud Van Nistelrooy in the lead up to their crucial Champions League encounter with Juventus this Wednesday.

Thankfully for the club’s sake, however, the Dutchman has been declared fit to play, as he has successfully overcome a niggling muscular problem which forced him out of last weekend's game at Almería despite being expected to be fit.

The Oranje striker resumed normal training yesterday with the rest of the squad and got through the session with flying colours and is therefore a near certainty to take part in the Juve match after missing Los Blancos' last three competitive games.

The center forward will take his place at the heart of the Real Madrid attack on Wednesday evening, in a match that the club will desperately want to win to ensure they don’t lose further ground on their Italian opponents.
