Spurs linked with Ruud

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move to sign former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Van Nistelrooy left Old Trafford in 2006 to join Real Madrid after a falling-out with Sir Alex Ferguson, and he has been a prolific scorer in La Liga.
However, having missed much of this season through injury, he has been told by president Florentino Perez that he is surplus to requirements.
The 32-year-old has just one year left on his contract and would be available for just £1.25m, making him an ideal target for Harry Redknapp.
The Spurs boss has also been linked with a move to take Paul Robinson back to White Hart Lane from Blackburn Rovers.
